1. Problem

2. Shipping
1) We will ship items out within 5 business days after your payment is verified by Aliexpress due to most items need time to produce.
2) We support free shipping to most countries. For some remote areas requires extra shipping charge. Please check the details on product description page.
4) Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Brokerage Fees, Duty, or Custom Fees and Taxes.
To protect your interests, your payment will be temporarily held by Aliexpress, and will be released until you receive your order and are satisfied with it.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.
If the items are detained by customs after the shipment has been left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
If the package is refused by the buyer for the custom fee, the buyer will be responsible for the round trip shipping fee.
5) Charge remote area fee
If the destination is diagnosed as remote area, we have following solutions.
If buyer insist original place, buyer will be responsible for the remote fee.(Usual for 20usd)
If buyer can replace original place to another one which is not remote area, it does not need extra remote fee.
Buyer can allow us ship by another shipping way.
3. Return and Refund
1)Products could be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days after you receive it.
Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DVR and Cameras can be returned for repair within 1 year from the purchase date.
Before any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by contacting the seller.
Any products returned to us without an RMA will be sent back to the buyer at his/her expense.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any merchandise.
Please contact us for any product or service issues before opening a dispute on Aliexpress.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
