1. If choose 110V machine for 127volts in Brazil, the function of sealing would be stronger, so need to turn the button after 3-4 seconds after it changing to Red when vacuum sealing.( don’t need to wait the Red light turn off automatically)
2. Please choose the right volt and plug when order, because wrong volt will cause more problem even hurt the machine.
3. The machine should used with special bags when vacuum sealing, normal bags just could be sealed but not vacuumed.
4. The machine couldn’t be used for liquid, please remove moisture of the food when vacuum sealing. Please don’t wet the end of bag, otherwise it’s difficult to seal.
Cleaning & Care
1. Avoid using rough materials to clean the machine to avoid scratching the surface.
2. Do not immerse the machine in liquids.
3. Before assembling, be sure the sponge is dry. During the process of assembling, do not damage it.
4. Dry thoroughly before reusing.
5. It is forbidden to wipe with organic solvents and no need to add lubricant to the machine.
6. When the machine fails, it should turn off the power immediately, check the cause and remove the trouble.
7. Please choose the right volt and plug when order, because wrong volt will cause more problem even hurt the machine.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
